Tech Lead JD:

Responsibilities

Desired Skills

  • Extremely fluent and convergent in written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in hands on development; out of which, 1 to 2 years should be in managing a team of 4 to 6 developers
  • Holds any of the mentioned degrees. (BE/Btech/MTech/MCA/MSc in IT)
  • Should have hands on experience in MS .Net – Asp.Net, ADO.Net, MVC and WCF, NHibernate, Design Patterns, Any of the RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.

Graphic Designer/ Content Writer JD:

Responsibilities

  • Work with the development and product team to turn complex features into beautiful, usable interfaces
  • Contribute to and produce infographic, visual design language, patterns, and assets for various applications
  • Work with our marketing team to produce a variety of outward-facing marketing material, such as landing pages, email templates, display ads, presentations, beautifully-styled data visualizations, branded products, event signage, etc.
  • Produce visual design style guides for each product and maintain them as they evolve
  • Add beauty, elegance, creativity, and boldness wherever needed

Desired Skills

  • 3 or more years of designing experience and proven track record for web/mobile
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended
  • Creative and innovative with an eye for aesthetics, and must have the capability to think out of the box
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Expertise in using design tools such as Adobe Flash / Captivate, Photoshop, InDesign , Illustrator, Corel Draw and Flash. Strong command of common design tools (Adobe CC Suite, Sketch, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript
  • 1-4 years designing for web and/or mobile experiences
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design
  • Solid design fundamentals such as knowledge of composition, form, shape and color, layout, typography
  • Knowledge of current web and mobile design trends
  • Ability to create pixel perfect mockups and visual design specs and design assets ready to be used by the development team
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take the extra hour to make something immaculate
  • Degree or equivalent in any stream will be a plus
